(W) A small town is deserted as the town attends an away football game. At the same time a drug cartel boss escapes custody and heads for the Mexican border.
The last town before the boarder is manned by a large Sheriff (Arnold) and bubbling deputies. Will they stop the cartel boss and his hoard of hired guns?
