(W) This is number four in the Universal Soldier series. I wondered if Jean-Claude was actually in the movie as he only seemed to appear in flashbacks.
Dolph makes, what you would call at most, is an extended cameo before the new Universal Soldier kills him. If you are a fan then watch this movie.
If you aren't a fan then don't bother.
