Soldier team to help them. Jean-Claude is in rehab with a doctor trying to introduce him into society as a regular person. Of course they need him when all the plans fail.
Where does Dolph Lundgren fit into this? The former member of the Universal Soldier program was using Dolph as his ace in the pocket as Dolph wasn't programmed against
harming the terrorist leaders. This movie was the best of the lot and better than I expected.
