Seagal doesn't disappoint in his latest direct to DVD movie. Same old plot but this time Seagal is Russian and he walks away scott-free in the end after leaving a
trail of bodies all over (insert city where movie is set here). In this case it's somewhere in New Jersey (or the Vancouver area with New Jersey Plates
on the fake looking New Jersey State Police cars). If you've every seen a Steven Seagal movie then I can stop my review right here. This is the same story Seagal
has used for years with a few set/name/situation changes. He still kills a lot of people who deserve it and has retired from his past life of killing people (but it's like
riding a bike, you never forget who to break a man's neck). The biggest difference from this and his other movies is that he speaks Russian. They went cheap on the
subtitles though as only a few of the conversations had subtitles. I would have prefered to understand all the conversations!
