(W) Dolph Lundgren plays a military guy just posted to an arm pit outpost in the middle of the California desert. On the way the earth shakes as a big earthquake hits.
But this quake is so big that California is separated from continental North America and everything and everyone seems to be dying. The earth, supposedly, fell off it's axis
and basically ended most of the life on the planet. Of course the militry outpost is near a maximum security prision where the prisioners now run the place. Does a conflict
arise? Of course it does. If you are a big Lundgren or of "end of the world movies" movies rent this, otherwise, don't bother.
