Shadow Man

Seagal goes on a trip with his father-in-law and daughter. The purpose of the trip is to visit where his dearly departed wife grew up. Of course there is a problem in that the father-in-law has something that everyone in this eastern European nation wants. So Seagal's daughter is kidnapped and he goes after her, killing bad guys and helping America. Not much about shadows, but it's all about the man..
