Second In Command

Jean-Claude is a military specialist sent to an eastern European nation to take over miltary personnel in the U.S. Embassy. Somehow he is put in command of the embassy when the Embassador is killed. JC does it his way and there are bodies everywhere. Oh yeah, this even has a story!
