Submerged

This is a direct to video release by Steven Seagal. Basically it's a modern day dirty dozen without the good actors and a script. It is more up to date but the submarine (hence the title Submerged) had very little to do with the story. Seagal gets a crew of convicts with para-military skills to take out a criminal doctor. Of course the doctor is more resourceful and gets away a couple of times but meets his maker in the end.
