(W) This is your standard Bad News Bears movie except with cops on roller blades. An experimental unit of police misfits patrols on roller blades with
jet packs (for speed). The department is trying to decide if it's worth keeping the squad or not and, of course, someone is out to get the squad after
they killed his brother during an attempted arrest.
