The Punisher (1989)

Not to be confused with the 2004 version of this movie. Based on Marvel Comics, Frank Castle's (Dolph) family is killed and the mob thought they got him too. Not legally dead, Frank exacts this revenge on the mob while the Japanese mafia is trying to take over. Frank is forced to help the mob when the Japanese mafia takes the local mafia's children as hostages to expedite the take over.
