Into The Sun

After the governor of Tokyo is killed Steven Seagal is brought in to help find out what happened. He was raised in Japan and was trained by ex-Japanese mafia. With sword in hand Seagal cuts his way through the crap and finds that a war is brewing between the older mobsters and a new, young, leader with ties to the Chinese mafia. Of course Seagal 'cuts' his way to the heart of the problem with his sword in his soft-spoken way.
