Agent Red

A post cold war action movie. The Russians are returning a deadly bio-weapon that they stole from the U.S. via Dolph and a submarine. Things go well until a gang of terrorists take over the sub and attempt to launch a bio attack on New York and Moscow. Can Dolph save the day? Don't expect academy award winning acting here but the action is good and the plot is sort of original.
